Betty Jo Shaddy-Brown joined the OHFUMC in 1992.  She joined choir a few months later.  Along with Peggy Miller-Stephens she helps decorate for the annual Mirth event and the Patriotic Musical.  The past couple of years Peggy and Betty Jo have also painted the flats for Vacation Bible School.  Betty Jo retired from Civil Service at NAS Whidbey Island in September 2007 after 30 yrs. of service.  Shortly after retiring, she began volunteering at the church.  In June 2009 Betty Jo was hired as the custodian  Betty Jo and Larry Brown were married at OHFUMC in 1995.   Betty Jo has two children and two grandchildren.
